Ode to the Beach
My reminder to pause, to reset, to ground
To listen to the ocean, to bask in her glory, to give myself time - to be.
I need the stillness, the solitude, the space - to grow, evolve & be MORE. I cannot be MORE without this. It is my place, to disconnect to give in to the divine & all she is sharing with me.
Being here is a gift, an opportunity.
The peace is always waiting for me.
I look out to the wide ocean & wonder what’s out there, a constant movement of eb & flow. The pull & push of the waves. The wide space of emptiness.
The water makes me feel alive, invigorated, re-awaken to a new me, a new day. The magic water seduces me, it captivates me.
They’re maybe odd people around, but I feel its just me & the beach, & it’s like I have come home.
The colors of the ocean - navy, pale green with flecks of the dark seaweed draw me in, the white ripples that come into the shore mesmerize me.]
It’s right that I should host my next retreat by the ocean.
To breathe in her power & soak in the salty, fresh air.
Connecting to my Earth & Water element is what makes me whole, and I want to share that wholeness with those that need that break, that pause & re-set moving into 2024.
To cleanse away the past year & bring joy in - fully.
Embracing a new place - unspoiled & tranquil.
To flow & move along with the tide.
To have fun & emerge back into life full of a bright shining light - cultivated by nature, serenity & wonder.

The beach does some thing magical to me, & I want to share that with you too.
